How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 4–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. It is free when you pay by bank transfer, and Rs 250 for Cash on Delivery. You get a tracking ID by email once your order is dispatched.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfer, upload your payment screenshot at checkout and we verify it before dispatch.
How do I choose my size?
Our pieces have a relaxed, drop-shoulder fit in S, M, L and XL. Check "Size help" on each product page — for a less oversized look, go one size down.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, unwashed items with all tags, labels and packaging. Purchases are non-refundable. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to start an exchange.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order number (e.g. MD-1024) and the mobile number you used at checkout, or tap the link in your order email.
Are MØDE pieces unisex?
Yes. Every piece is unisex — on each product page you can switch between photos on our men's and women's models.
Do you have a physical store?
We are online only for now.
